Sound Asleep is seeking accreditation as an A-STEP provider. A-STEP is a structured program to education and train participants about sleep medicine and the professional pathway required of a sleep technologist. As a staff member at a sleep facility, a sleep technologist administers sleep tests to patients as well as therapeutic services. Sleep technologists also assist the sleep physician with patient care and education.
As critical members of the Sound Asleep Lab team, our sleep technologist play a key role in our quality and effectiveness. Our commitment to hiring and “growing” the very best has led us to seek this accreditation.
Once we have the accreditation, we will provide additional details and recruit candidates into our program.
